How Does MuckAway Work?

As ponds and lakes age, organic debris from fish waste, leaves, twigs, plant decay, and organic runoff accumulates to form thick, foul-smelling pond muck. The naturally occurring bacteria in the waterbody often need to be increased to keep up with muck accumulation.

MuckAway tablets sink below the water’s surface, traveling directly to the muck layer. When to Apply

Apply MuckAway when water temperatures are above 50°F. Treat monthly for routine, preventative maintenance. For more aggressive treatment and faster results, apply MuckAway every two weeks.

Evenly broadcast one scoop of MuckAway for every 1,000 sq ft of treatment area using the included scoop or a spreader.
